TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. To protect your own interests please read these conditions carefully. If you are uncertain as to your rights under them or you require an explanation about them please write to or telephone the company at the address shown on the contact us page.

2. Delay

The delivery date quoted at point of sales is based on information provided by our suppliers. David Neville Ltd. will do their utmost to supply.the goods within the period quoted.

3. Cancellation

We cannot accept cancellation of an order unless you pay any losses and costs we may suffer because of the cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable, and may, at the discretion of David Neville (Furnishings) Ltd be returned by way of a credit note.

4. Errors, Shortages, Defects

On receipt of the goods you will be asked to sign that the goods are correct in relation to the details on the delivery note. The signature must either be by the purchaser or their representative and is required only as proof of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise it should be rejected on delivery. If a manufacturing fault is found within a reasonable period of time we will either exchange the goods or in some circumstances a repair may be necessary due to colour matching or production issues. If no other solution is possible will we offer a refund.

5. Payment

Orders must be paid for on or before delivery. Cash or cheques can be accepted on the day of delivery. Credit card details will be required in order to be put through prior to the date of delivery. The driver will provide receipts and voucher copies upon delivery.
